“Hello, this is Lu'an Market Supervision Administration. We are inspecting the work of the Food Safety Rapid Test Room through live monitoring. Please tell us the varieties and the major projects you have inspected today.”  On the morning of August 10, an unique live demonstration has been given in Lu'an Market Supervision Administration to show the achievements of the “Internet Plus” smart supervision, and the staffs connected the inspectors of the Food Safety Rapid Test Room on site.

It is reported that the samples of the day will be collected before 7 a.m. and the inspection will be finished before 9 a.m inspectors of Lu'an food safety rapid Tests in real time and uploaded to the food safety rapid test information sharing platform of the Provincial Market Supervision Administration for publicity.

Recent years have seen that the rapid tests of the Lu’an Food Safety Rapid Test Room have contributed to the effective prevention of the potential safety risks of edible agricultural products, and played an important part in ensuring the safety of edible agricultural products and people's livelihood. In 2020, owing to the active role of Market Supervision Administration of Lu’an in promoting the Internet Plus Regulation” of the Food Safety Rapid Test Room, a video remote monitoring system for rapid test in counties and districts has been initially formed, which standardized the rapid test of edible agricultural products. As the first prefecture level city to achieve dynamic and live monitoring in Anhui province, the total of 105 rapid test rooms in 8 counties and districts of Lu’an has so far been fully connected to the “Internet Plus” smart supervision platform. In future, Lu'an will further intensify the efforts to build the "Internet Plus Regulation" and establish a sound regular operation mechanism of Food Safety Rapid Test Room in order to improve the efficiency and ensure the standardization and normalization of the rapid test.
