Recently, the Lu'an Municipal Party Committee Organization Department and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau took the lead in organizing municipal-level relevant industry authorities and key industrial enterprises to jointly formulate and release the Lu'an Key Industrial Enterprise Directory Database, and the Introduction of High-level and Urgently-needed Professional Talent Catalogue (referred to as “One Database and One Catalogue”). Lu'an gives full play to the role of enterprises as the main body of employment, and guides and attracts all kinds of outstanding talents to flow to Lu'an's key industries and positions.

The Lu'an Key Industrial Enterprise Directory Database contains a total of 283 enterprises in high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, new energy, biomedical manufacturing, energy conservation and environmental protection, creative culture and other industries. The Introduction of High-level and Urgently-needed Professional Talent Catalogue included a total of 388 job requirements for various key companies in the fields of safety management engineers, machine engineers, product developers, environmental protection engineers, and new material developers.

In March this year, Lu'an issued the "Several Policies for Further Attracting College Graduates and Other Talents to Employment and Entrepreneurship to Support the Development of Key Industries in Lu'an" and launched 15 measures.
